Nicoleta Craciun

Enthusiastic and goal driven, I have always been a proactive person motivated by achievement and constant personal development. Challenging myself every day, I am involved in research and scientific environment as PhD Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, in foreign languages (French & English section). Since 2017, my interest area was on the filed of Human Resource Management and, more specifically, on the impact of digitization in global organizations: how businesses are redesigning their work processes and activities in the context of the digital era.

With 9 years’ experience in Automotive Industry (finance & non finance roles), I expand my analytic thinking, problem-solving approach, and leadership skills, being able to lead teams towards a common goal. I am taking advantage of this experience for giving to my students real-life situations from the business and, support in this way theoretical backgrounds.

Fortunate to have worked alongside and learned from people with different success stories in different corners of the world, I feel confident in taking responsibility over the projects I am involved in.
