Lora Dagmar Constantinescu

Lora-Dagmar Constantinescu is an Associate Professor teaching German and English for Business Communication at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.

She holds a PhD in German Linguistics from the University of Bucharest. She has coauthored German language textbooks for students of Economics, has contributed articles on topics pertaining to applied linguistics and didactics to various scientific journals, and has given presentations in (inter)national conferences and symposia.

As a team member in the EU-project for “Studienbegleitender DU” (“German as LSP”), she co-authored the international textbook “Mit Deutsch in Europa”- 2009 (level A2-B1).

She takes a special interest in research domains such as Applied Linguistics, the methodology of LSP/German/English, teaching material design, business communication, the rhetoric of advertising, sociolinguistics.
