Based on the management principles, this subject provides the necessary information for a successful strategy for customer service and support, dealing with complaints, or gaining more loyal customers.
The course builds on academic theory, best practice, case studies, and critical thinking exercises. Students have the opportunity to meet professionals and visit a company with a well-developed customer relationship system.
