Business Strategies

The course will expose the students to various perspectives and concepts in the field of Strategic Management.
Through a series of lectures, case studies and guest speakers the students will learn, practice and understand the principles of strategy formulation, implementation and control in organizations.
The syllabus will help students develop skills for applying these concepts to the solution of business problems. Also, the class participants will master the analytical tools of strategic management.
