The course offers an introduction into the Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) and the most representative software associated. While in business the entrepreneurs try to achieve multiple and conflicting objectives, this course navigates the students across behavioral decision making, single choice, ranking, sorting and sensitivity analysis decision making typologies. Thus, it is aimed that after completing the course the students will be able to locate the adequate methods and software, ‘they need to use for their decision-making problems. A brief description on the most preeminent software splinted by the typology of the MCDM will be offered together with basic descriptions. Thus, it will be presented AHP, ANP, MAUT/UTA, MACBETH, PROMETHEE, TOPSIS, Goal Programing and DEA software. The courses and the seminars include the latest developments in the academic theory, case studies and hands-on approach on each of the software’s.
