Mihaela Hrisanta Mosora

Mihaela Hrisanta Mosora is a professor of economics in the Department of Economics and Economic Policies. She obtained her PhD in Economics in 2007 from ASE Bucharest, her Master’s degree in „Economy and European Integration,” from Bucharest University of Economic Studies (2003), her Bachelor’s degree from ASE Bucharest (2002) and her Bachelor’s degree from the Franco-Romanian Institute of Management (a collaboration between ASE and Clermont 1 University, France).

In 2011, Mihaela Mosora received a postdoctoral scholarship funded by the Ministry of Education, focusing on labor market discrimination. She also benefited from an Erasmus scholarship during 2009-2010 at the Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers and attended training programs at ESSEC Bussines School, France. Throughout her career, she has participated in over 10 research projects and is currently coordinating the Erasmus+ Together for Large Families project, implemented by the Association of Large Families from Romania (ASFANU) , where she is vice president. In this role, she actively advocates for the rights and interests of families and children from large families.

Mihaela Mosora is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Romanian Competition Journal and has served as a reviewer for ICEES (International Conference on Economic and Social Sciences). Her research interests include labor markets, demographics, and competition. As an independent expert, she provides consultancy on competition-related issues.In teaching Economics, she strives to equip students with a solid economic perspective and a deep understanding of fundamental economic concepts, helping them build skills that will support their career development.
