Deaconu is Associate Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and her areas of competence are Organizational Management and Human Resources Management. His academic career is closely linked to the business environment in Romania, with which he interacted, mainly as a trainer or consultant.
In her relationship with the students, Alecxandrina assumes the responsibility of contributing to the formation of specific skills, to the consolidation of values and to the development of constructive behaviors, essential for the success of their own careers and for the performance of the organizations in which they will be active.
