Master degrees in Fiscal Law, Audit and Accounting Management, Research and Teacher Education for Business and Economics and also a diploma of pedagogical training courses in pedagogy, education psychology, didactic management, design and management of educational programs.

The academic background accompanied by the quality of being a trainer for accounting professionals and trainees as a coordinator of CECCAR National Institute of Initial and Continuous Professional Training are a strong source of knowledge of effective development and implementation of accountancy education requirements in the Romanian professional accountants’ organization. All the above, along with the professional experience as an expert accountant and the representation of the accounting profession in different committes regarding the accounting and fiscal legislation, bring their contribution to understanding of the opportunities and challenges affecting the accounting profession and the implications for accounting education, especially those related to changing business models, technology and workforce.
