Valentina Mihaela Ghinea, PhD, is an associate professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She mainly teaches Human Resource Management and Strategic Human Resource Management, as she holds a PhD in Organizational Culture dynamics.

She formerly developed a career as import-export specialist, holding also the position of coordinator of import-export department.

In 2008 and 2011, she was a visiting-professor to ENSAM Cluny, France, lecturing on communication and organizational culture.

Valentina Mihaela Ghinea was part of different research teams in national projects, and she authored academic papers, books and chapters in her research and practitioner areas of interests.

Certified as a trainer, she trained employees from the business sector.
